You have to make sure that you have the proxy setting are set properly. Right click on your browser icon, go to properties, click on connections and there if you are using internet Explorer you well find access the internet using a proxy server check that option and in the field underneath it put the following value “proxy.jeel.com”  port “8080” press on settings and check “use the same proxy for all protocols” and then press ok.
