Yes, of course, you can.  You can read your email from anywhere outside Saudi Arabia if you have access to the Internet.  You can go to our homepage at www.jeel.com , then please enter your username and password, then click on the "JEEL WEB MAIL" button.   You will enter into your email inbox. This procedure is exactly the same as that used in Hotmail or Yahoo email accounts.
