How can I find out where a message really came from?

If you choose Show Headers from the view menu of your e-mail program, you can see the route the message took before it got to you. Remember, however, that someone can send e-mail messages from a variety of locations or use an e-mail forwarding address, so there are times you may never know exactly who/where the message came from.
