Why do I get: 'A connection to the server could not be established. when I try to brows?

Your inability to browse may be due to several reasons, the most important of which are:

1.You have not established a connection to the Internet. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet, otherwise your browser will be unable to open any Internet site except what might be previously viewed and saved on your computer from a previous connection.

2.The server hosting the site you are trying to visit may be down or overloaded. Try the site at another time.

3.The address you are trying to reach does not exist.

4.Your DNS settings may be incorrectly configured (network and Dial up). Change settings to disable DNS. If the problem persists, remove all components from the network then reinstall dial up adapter - TCP/IP and client for Microsoft networks.

5.You have mistyped the address of the site you want to visit. Make sure the address is typed correctly and try again.

6.Your proxy settings may be incorrectly configured on your browser.
